Centre for P. G. Studies and Research, St Philomena College Puttur, started P. G. Studies in Economics during 2014-15. 25 students of P. G. studies in Economics of SPC Puttur had appeared for the 2nd semester examinations conducted by Mangalore University during May 2015. As the University had announced the results of this semester, all the 25 students have shown very good performance with 100% result. It is a matter of great joy that 14 students have passed in distinction, 8 have passed in first class and 3 have passed in second class. The Principal of the College Prof. Leo Noronha and the Chairperson of the Centre for P. G. Studies and Research Rev. Dr. Antony Prakash Monteiro have complimented the faculty and the students for the remarkable achievements.
