M.Com students had chance to participate in the Rachana World Convention of Mangalorean Businessman and Entrepreneurs Magnet -2014, held at the TMA Pai Convention Centre, Mangalore, on April 06, 2014. Total 26 students from I M.Com and II M.Com participated along with the Coordinator Dr. Haribert Nazareth, Fr. Rithesh Rodrigues and Ms. Nishal Miranda.
Convention was held with the objective of providing a platform for a mutually beneficial business interaction between Mangalorean Businessman and Entrepreneurs across the world. It is also designed to create a hand holding mechanism for budding entrepreneurs. Some of the topics presented by the speakers are Information Technology , Education , Health Care, Opportunities for Women Entrepreneurs, Family Business, Travel & Tourism , Advertising , Event Management , Agriculture Plantations, Role of Administration in Promoting Entrepreneurship, Green Start ups, Media Journalism.
