To acquire first hand information about the working of an industrial unit, PG Department of Economics of St Philomena College Puttur had organized an industrial visit programme on January 31, 2015. Under this programme, students have visited Megha Industries, Narimogru, Puttur and obtained information about the manufacture, supply and marketing of various beverages like Sip on, Fizz Jeera, Bindu mineral water, Snakup etc. The faculty members of the Department Prof. Dinakara Rao, Prof. Sandhya H. Rai and Prof. Pradeep K. S. were present and guided this programme.
