Since commerce education emerged as a new field of study in the fifties, St Philomena College thought it fit to offer this course and accordingly introduced the BCOM Degree course in the year 1958. Considering the requirements of the society, College also started BBM degree course in the year 1995.
Since inception of BCOM and BBM degree courses in the college, the faculty of commerce and management has been endeavoring to impart the best possible training to their students, not only in the curriculum aspect but also to prepare the students to take up good positions in the area of business and profession.
